Agreement Between ac99 and the User
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ac99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered through the ac99 website and its associated mobile-web interface. By creating an account or placing a bet on ac99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all ac99 services including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slot games, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman), and any promotional or bonus offers made available to registered users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the ac99 platform in any way.
IMPORTANT: ac99 is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to access or use this platform under any circumstances. By proceeding, you confirm you are 21 or older.
Who May Register and Use ac99
Eligibility to register and use ac99 is subject to the following conditions. All conditions must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during use of the ac99 platform.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not a corporate entity, trust, or any non-individual legal person. ac99 accounts are strictly personal.
- You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a platform-imposed exclusion, or any court or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling or betting services.
- You must not open more than one ac99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure. Balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited without refund.
ac99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID) from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Account Registration, Security, and Verification
Each user may hold exactly one ac99 account. The account is personal and non-transferable. The following rules govern account creation and ongoing security obligations:
Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. ac99 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and cumulative balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ac99 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.
ac99 may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or at any point where identity confirmation is deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, and may also include proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with ac99's Privacy Policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
ac99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits made to and withdrawals from an ac99 account:
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your ac99 balance in real time.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed on discovery.
- ac99 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their terms of service.
- Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal, as a measure against payment fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of three minutes during operational hours and are credited directly to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your ac99 account. ac99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits made independently of any bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard processing.
- ac99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of a dispute. Users will be informed promptly when a withdrawal is placed under review.
All payment transactions on ac99 are processed over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections. ac99 does not store full card numbers, bKash PINs, or Nagad PINs. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made on your account, contact ac99 support immediately via the official site.
Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
ac99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered users, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
Each promotional offer is available once per qualifying user. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and possible account closure.
All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover multiple) for each promotion will be published in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applied to ac99 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Only real-money wagers count towards meeting a wagering requirement; bonus-funded wagers do not roll over against themselves.
All bonuses and associated free spins are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be cancelled and removed from the account balance without compensation.
ac99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error or human error that results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, ac99 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting or removing the erroneous balance. Users who have already wagered an incorrectly issued bonus will have their account reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Actions That Constitute a Breach of These Terms
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ac99. ac99 monitors user activity to detect prohibited conduct and will take enforcement action, including immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances, against any user found to have engaged in any of the following:
- Opening or using multiple ac99 accounts (duplicate accounts), whether under the same or different names, for any purpose including bonus abuse, arbitrage, or circumventing a self-exclusion or suspension.
- Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the ac99 platform in a way that is not authorized, including but not limited to automated betting, screen scraping, or data harvesting.
- Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market available on ac99, including match-fixing, chip dumping in poker or live casino games, or coordinated arbitrage betting.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, unauthorized use of another person's payment account, or any other illegal source. ac99 will report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ac99 staff or other users through any communication channel, including customer support chat, email, or any public forum.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error, system glitch, or software vulnerability on the ac99 platform to gain an unfair advantage, including intentional disconnection exploits or wagering pattern manipulation designed to circumvent game integrity systems.
Where prohibited conduct is detected, ac99 will act without prior warning. Account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to financial crime authorities are all available enforcement responses. Appeals may be submitted to ac99 support with supporting evidence within 14 days of enforcement action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical interruption, incorrect bet settlement subsequently corrected, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
ac99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond ac99's reasonable control (force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions. ac99 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible. No compensation will be payable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party infrastructure failure.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
ac99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ac99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the ac99 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ac99 platform immediately and contact support to request account closure. Your continued use of ac99 after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
